Founded in 2000 by Giorgio Petruzziello alongside his father, Antonio, Supreme Companies began as an outgrowth of the family's cabinetry business. Today, two generations carry forward the same hands-on craftsmanship and accountability.

Giorgio Petruzziello is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Supreme Development, Inc. and Managing Partner of Petruzziello Properties, LLC. Giorgio has transformed the family’s entrepreneurial roots into a thriving, locally focused real estate ownership, development, and management company.
Over two-plus decades Supreme Companies has grown into one of Norfolk County’s most active family-owned owner-operators and developers, today owning and managing more than 500 residential units and over 300,000 square feet of commercial space across 30-plus transactions. The firm is self-made and privately capitalized. It acquires and develops on its own balance sheet — through established relationships with regional lenders across Greater Boston, not through syndicated equity or outside funded capital — which gives it decisive, principal-level control over every asset it owns.
Today, Giorgio oversees a diverse portfolio of residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use properties throughout Dedham, Westwood, and surrounding communities. With hundreds of residential units and significant commercial space, Supreme Companies has become a respected family-owned owner-operator and developer in Norfolk County. Giorgio remains personally involved throughout every stage of development, from acquisition and permitting to construction, leasing, and long-term management.
His work has contributed to the continued growth and revitalization of the region, including the transformation of historic Dedham Square, Islington Center, and the first MBTA Development in the state, known as “The Block” in Westwood. For Giorgio, successful development is about more than creating valuable properties — it is about creating places that become part of the communities they serve.
A lifelong Dedham resident and graduate of Dedham High School, Giorgio’s connection to the community is deeply personal. In 2017, he received the school’s Alumni Recognition Award, and he continues to actively support local organizations, charitable initiatives, youth programs, and community events. He is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serves as a Corporator at Dedham Savings Bank and is involved with many other organizations.
Beyond the office, Giorgio values time with his wife, Patrizia, and their three children, Antonio, Liana, and Mariella. He enjoys being outdoors, hunting with his father and son, and making time for family.
Giorgio continues to lead Supreme Companies with the entrepreneurial spirit on which it was founded — combining business vision, family values, and a genuine commitment to the communities he calls home.
