The Company

Built on family
and community.

Three generations. One discipline. Delivering high-quality residential,
mixed-use, and commercial spaces across Massachusetts.

Who We Are

Local roots.
Lasting impact.

Supreme Companies was founded in 2000 by the Petruzziello family on a simple but enduring idea: the best developments come from people who are willing to live with—and stand behind—what they create. What began as a father-and-son venture has grown into a multi-generational firm developing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across Massachusetts.

We don't just build and move on. We develop, construct, lease, and manage much of what we create, and that long-term ownership shapes every decision—from design and materials to tenant relationships and how each project fits into the fabric of a neighborhood. As lifelong residents with deep generational ties to the communities we serve, we bring both personal investment and practical understanding to every project, driven by a commitment to thoughtful redevelopment and building places that last—physically, economically, and socially.

What We Do

Three practices,
one standard.

Commercial

Mixed-use, retail, and multi-use developments shaped to anchor neighborhoods and serve the long term. From entitlements to ribbon cutting, we manage the entire process in-house.
